1、 Core structure and working principle
Component composition
Composed of valve body, rupture disc, clamp, valve cover, and heavy hammer. The rupture disc is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel material. After being compressed and ruptured, the valve cover pops up to release pressure and is reset by gravity or magnetic force.
Trigger mechanism
When the system pressure exceeds the set value (usually ≥ 0.1MPa), the rupture disc instantly ruptures to release pressure and avoid equipment explosion.

4、 Key points for installation and selection
Installation requirements
The distance between adjacent valves should be ≥ 200mm. They should be installed vertically on the cylinder and horizontally on the top.
Selection criteria
Choose carbon steel/stainless steel valve body based on the characteristics of the medium (such as gas, dust); High temperature environment requires magnetic self resetting model.
5、 Typical product series
FBF series: including inclined mouth (FBF-I), flat mouth (FBF-II) and other models, supporting customized flange connection or welding.
Self closing explosion-proof valve: equipped with automatic sealing function after instantaneous pressure relief, reducing downtime.
