消聲止回閥 is a special check valve designed to prevent medium backflow and reduce fluid noise, combining fluid control and acoustic optimization design, suitable for water supply and drainage, HVAC, and industrial pipeline systems. Its core features and technical points are as follows:

1、 Core Structure and Noise Reduction Principle
Streamlined design of valve body:
The inner wall of the valve chamber has an approximately ellipsoidal structure, reducing fluid sharp bends and turbulence, lowering resistance and flow erosion noise.
Full diameter flow channel (DN40-DN1600) avoids impurity deposition and reduces local vortex generation.
Closed valve buffering technology:
Spring loaded valve disc: valve disc composite rubber sealing layer (EPDM/NBR), spring assisted rapid closure and reduction of water hammer impact (closing time shortened by 40%).
Slow closing structure (such as 300X type): The main valve is closed in stages through hydraulic control (first quickly closed and then slowly closed), completely eliminating water hammer caused by pump shutdown.
Guided noise reduction mechanism:
The valve disc adopts a central axis dual end guide (such as HC42X type) to limit rotational vibration and ensure smooth opening and closing without noise.
