Water hammer protection: In the event of sudden pump shutdown or rapid valve closure in the pipeline system, instantaneous pressure relief is used to prevent pressure shock waves (water hammer effect) from damaging the pipeline.
Pressure regulation: Maintain the system pressure within a safe range (usually set at 1.25-1.5 times the working pressure).
Action mechanism
Fast opening and slow closing: When a sudden increase in pressure is detected, the valve disc will fully open and release pressure within 0.1-0.3 seconds; Delay closing for 3-5 seconds after the pressure drops to avoid secondary water hammer.
Double triggering: mechanical spring (main control)+electromagnetic induction (backup), ensuring reliability under extreme working conditions.
