Double flange turbine reduction butterfly valve is an industrial butterfly valve designed by combining turbine reduction mechanism and flange connection, widely used in fluid control systems in petroleum, chemical, power, water conservancy and other fields. 1、 Core structure and working principle
Double flange design
The valve body is connected at both ends with flanges, making it easy to quickly connect with the pipeline system. Its sealing performance is better than that of ordinary clamp type butterfly valves, especially suitable for high-pressure or large-diameter pipelines (DN300 or above).
Flange standards can be selected from GB, ANSI, DIN, etc., compatible with different international pipeline systems.
Turbine reduction mechanism
The progressive opening and closing of the valve plate is achieved through worm gear transmission, which has high torque output and self-locking function compared to handles or pneumatic actuators, and is suitable for high pressure differentials or frequent adjustments.
The deceleration ratio can be adjusted to meet the precise flow control requirements.
Butterfly valve body
The valve plate material is mostly stainless steel or fluorine lined (corrosion-resistant), and the sealing ring is made of EPDM, PTFE, etc., suitable for high temperatures (-30 ℃~200 ℃) and corrosive media.
