Orbital drive structure
By controlling the movement of the valve disc through a dovetail guide or spiral guide mechanism, the butterfly plate is radially offset along the valve axis during the initial opening and closing stages, and is detached from the sealing surface of the valve seat; Close the end stage and then axially compress the sealing pair to achieve zero friction contact throughout the entire process.
A typical design includes a combination of wedge-shaped valve core and sliding valve disc, with a linear motion trajectory embedded in the 90 ° rotary drive, significantly reducing sealing surface wear.
Triple eccentric sealing technology
The zero friction track butterfly valve has a triple eccentric design for the valve shaft position (the valve shaft deviates from the centerline of the pipeline, the valve plate shaft is positioned backwards, and the valve seat cone shaft is offset), which allows the butterfly plate to completely separate from the valve seat at the moment of opening, eliminating frictional resistance.
The metal sealing pair adopts multi-layer stainless steel or hard alloy, supporting zero leakage sealing under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
