1、 Structural Design and Core Features
High temperature resistant structure
Main material: The valve body is made of carbon steel welding or steel plate rolling, lined with refractory concrete or hard alloy layer (such as tungsten chromium cobalt alloy), ensuring stability at high temperatures of 950 ℃~1200 ℃.
Insulation scheme:
Split type insulation chamber design, with hot steam introduced to prevent smoke crystallization and blockage in the valve stem area;
Extended bracket+asbestos insulation layer blocks heat conduction and protects the actuator.
Sealing technology
Dynamic compensation sealing: The elastic metal sealing ring (such as a T-shaped soft ring+stainless steel plate combination) automatically compensates for wear through spring pre tension, achieving bidirectional zero leakage (leakage rate ≤ 0.1%);
Double sealing system: metal hard sealing is the main component, supplemented by flexible graphite packing as a secondary insurance.
Anti jamming design
When the valve plate comes into contact with the valve port, the cleaning rubber can retract into the inner groove to avoid jamming (Jianuo patent solution);
The upper/lower valve stem separation structure reduces deformation and blockage caused by thermal expansion.
