Basic functions and working principles
Exhaust function: When the pipeline is filled with water, the floating ball opens the main exhaust port to discharge a large amount of air as the water level drops; After filling, the float rises and closes the exhaust port, and trace gases are continuously discharged through the small hole.
Air supply function: When the pump is stopped or under negative pressure, the floating ball falls and sucks in air to prevent the pipeline from rupturing due to negative pressure.
Applicable media: clean water, sewage (special models required), and corrosive media (316L stainless steel material required).

Working pressure: 0.02~1.6MPa (less than 0.02MPa is prone to water leakage).
Temperature range: -20 ℃~80 ℃ (electric heat tracing is required in cold regions).

Installation position: The highest point or closed position of the pipeline. When installing vertically, it is necessary to ensure that the gas-liquid separation zone is located at the top.
Selection suggestion:
Clear water system: cast iron or ductile iron (such as CARX-16Q).
Corrosive medium: 316L stainless steel (such as CARX-16P).
Sewage system: special models that require buffer plug valves.
Maintenance cycle: 8000 hours to test the freedom of the floating ball, wear of the sealing ring, and sensitivity of the lever.
