Anti-dew butterfly valve

Core information of anti condensation butterfly valve:
1. Structure and material characteristics
Valve body material: ultra light aluminum alloy (weighing only one-third of traditional butterfly valves), with both rust and corrosion resistance.
Sealing design:
Multi level progressive contact valve seat reduces torque during closure and extends lifespan.
The sealing material can be EPDM, NBR or PTFE, suitable for different temperatures (-20 ℃~+120 ℃) and media.
Anti condensation technology:
The outer surface of the valve body is coated with anti condensation coating, which increases hydrophilicity and heat dissipation area through a grid like structure.
Isolate the transmission of pipeline media to prevent condensation on the surfaces of actuators and flanges.
