Durability: The fatigue bending test of the diaphragm has reached 2 million times without damage, and the resistance loss is close to that of ordinary butterfly valves, significantly improving energy efficiency.
The multifunctional inclined plate valve controls the start and stop of the water pump through the pressure difference of the medium: when the water pump starts, the inlet end water pushes the diaphragm component to slowly open the valve disc; When the pump is stopped, the reflux pressure water drives the diaphragm to descend, achieving a two-stage mechanism of quick closing (fast closing of the large valve disc) and slow closing (slow closing of the small valve disc), ultimately eliminating the hazard of water hammer.
It has a wide range of application fields, including municipal water intake and delivery engineering, building pressurization systems, metallurgy, petrochemicals, food, medicine, power plants, and water conservancy irrigation. Especially in pump stations, it can reduce head loss and improve operational economy.
