Anti corrosion protection: The full flow channel is designed with fluorine lining, which can withstand corrosion from strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
Automatic opening and closing: No external drive required, relying on medium pressure and valve disc weight to achieve sealing.
2、 Main types and structural characteristics
Swing type (H44F46 type)
The valve disc rotates around the axis, with low flow resistance, suitable for large-diameter pipelines (DN15~DN1200).
The sealing form is spring assisted metal hard seal, with a pressure rating of PN42.0MPa.
Lift type (H41F46/H42F46 type)
The valve disc moves vertically, resulting in better sealing performance, but with greater flow resistance.
Vertical installation required (H42F46 type), suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃.
Butterfly style
The valve disc is disc-shaped and suitable for low flow rate and large diameter scenarios, but its sealing performance is weak.
