Pump room valve group update and renovation

This project is the renovation of the valve group in the water supply pump room of the water plant, aiming to improve the operational efficiency and safety of the water supply pump room and ensure stable water supply. Three electric butterfly valves, three check valves, and three expansion joints need to be replaced to meet the operational needs of the water plant.
1. Equipment supply: Provide 3 brand new electric butterfly valves, 3 check valves, and 3 expansion joints that meet national standards. Electric butterfly valves have remote control and precise adjustment functions, check valves effectively prevent water backflow, and expansion joints compensate for pipeline thermal expansion and contraction.
2. Installation and commissioning: Responsible for valve group installation and commissioning, ensuring normal operation, providing installation plans and schedules.
3. After sales service: Provide a certain period of warranty service, respond to repair needs in a timely manner, provide operation training and technical support.
4. The warranty period shall be at least 12 months (based on the date of the acceptance certificate). During this period, if there are any quality issues with the subject matter itself, the winning bidder shall be responsible for replacing it. The replacement costs incurred shall be borne by the winning bidder.
5. The quality requirements shall comply with the quality standards and acceptance specifications issued by the state, as well as the technical requirements of the bidding documents for this project.
8、 Technical requirements
8.1 Technical documents for silent check valve
8.1.1 Product Usage
Silent check valve (hereinafter referred to as check valve) is commonly known as a nozzle check valve in foreign countries, and is also known as an axial flow check valve or a flow guide quick closing check valve in China. The check valve is mainly composed of a valve body (adopting a split structure), valve disc, valve seat, flow guide body, spring group, etc. Suitable for water supply and drainage, fire protection, HVAC, chemical, power plant, metallurgy, petrochemical and other systems, it can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the water pump.
8.1.2 Technical Requirements
1. Type: Axial flow check valve (guide type quick closing check valve)
2. Check valve nominal diameter: DN300~DN900, nominal diameter should comply with the provisions of GB/T1047;
3. Check valve nominal pressure: PN10, PN16, PN25, nominal pressure should comply with the provisions of GB/T1048;
4. Connection type of check valve: flange connection, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17241.6 and GB/T17241.7 or GB/T9113.1 connection standards;
5. The structural length complies with GB/T21387 axial flow check valve (excluding DN450);
6. Manufacturing standards for check valves: GB/T21387 axial flow check valves or CJ/T255

8.1.3、性能特點(diǎn)

1.止回閥內(nèi)部水流通道采用流線型設(shè)計(jì),水流可從閥瓣內(nèi)外側(cè)同時(shí)流過(guò)，后端的導(dǎo)流體可使水流幾乎無(wú)紊流現(xiàn)象；

2.止回閥需采用無(wú)軸設(shè)計(jì)，由彈簧和簧片組件在閥瓣周向均勻支撐，使閥瓣在啟閉行程中無(wú)摩擦,杜絕由此引起的內(nèi)件磨損，從而大大降低維修機(jī)率；

3.止回閥閥瓣采用環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，極大的減輕了閥瓣的重量，且閥瓣面垂直于流動(dòng)方向設(shè)計(jì)具關(guān)閉行程短，同時(shí)在彈簧組的作用下，閥瓣可達(dá)快速關(guān)閉而不造成壓力的波動(dòng)，一般靜態(tài)關(guān)閉時(shí)間為0.15s~0.5s，從而保證在運(yùn)行中速閉減小倒流速度，防止運(yùn)行中巨大水錘及水擊聲，形成靜音效果；

4. 根據(jù)CJ/T255中的規(guī)定，止回閥最小開啟壓力應(yīng)在1.5KPa~2.5 KPa，全開流速≤1.2m/s（一般流速在2.5m/s時(shí)水損不超過(guò)30cm），全開流阻系數(shù)ξ應(yīng)不大于0.8；

5.彈簧：應(yīng)根據(jù)最小開啟壓力來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)，彈簧應(yīng)按GB/T1239.6圓柱螺旋彈簧I級(jí)彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)要求（循環(huán)載荷≥10⁶次），保證彈簧壽命；

6.止回閥閥體上應(yīng)有標(biāo)明水流方向的箭頭指示。

為保證所提供靜音式止回閥符合工程要求，供貨方需于交貨前進(jìn)行規(guī)定檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)符合GB/T21387軸流式止回閥或CJ/T255 導(dǎo)流式速閉止回閥。

8.1.7 涂裝、包裝及貯運(yùn)

1.閥體內(nèi)外表面要進(jìn)行噴砂處理，以除去鐵銹、水分及油等雜質(zhì)。

2.逆止閥內(nèi)外部應(yīng)采用無(wú)毒環(huán)氧樹脂粉體涂裝，防止生銹和流體腐蝕，然后閥體外表面顏色采用土耳其藍(lán)（色號(hào)1-46）。

3.涂層應(yīng)光滑均勻無(wú)缺陷，涂料干后不溶解于水，不影響水質(zhì)，并不因空氣溫度變化而分解。

4.涂層厚度應(yīng)達(dá)0.2㎜以上，對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期浸泡在水的工況，外表涂層厚度應(yīng)采用不小于250的涂裝μm。粉末涂料必須經(jīng)過(guò)檢測(cè)，符合飲用水衛(wèi)生要求。

5.閥門的包裝及貯運(yùn)應(yīng)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T7928的規(guī)定。

8.2電動(dòng)雙法蘭全密封蝶閥技術(shù)文件

8.2.1用途：

用于原水系統(tǒng)、清水系統(tǒng)、污水系統(tǒng)、電廠、鋼鐵廠、建筑及工業(yè)管路中，做為雙向啟閉或調(diào)節(jié)使用。

8.2.2依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

生產(chǎn)供貨產(chǎn)品符合CJ/T 261 《給水排水用蝶閥》版本中所有規(guī)定。

8.2.3結(jié)構(gòu)及性能要求：

符合CJ/T 261 《給水排水用蝶閥》版本的法蘭連接偏心式軟密封

閥 瓣：采用流線型框架結(jié)構(gòu)流道式設(shè)計(jì)；

閥 座：采用整體不銹鋼閥座；

密 封：采用具有自密封功能的軟密封形式，關(guān)閉時(shí)蝶板和閥座密封性能良好；

密封圈：采用整體嵌入式固定。有一定的嵌入自由度，能在一定范圍內(nèi)自身調(diào)節(jié)密封，實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向密封，保證零泄漏。為保證密封的可靠性,不接受密封圈以壓板通過(guò)螺釘固定在閥瓣上(可提供證明此結(jié)構(gòu)的圖片為證)

連接銷：采用錐型退拔銷，且銷的位置在閥軸的邊緣，不得在閥軸的中心位置以保證閥軸的強(qiáng)度(可提供證明此結(jié)構(gòu)的圖片為證)

軸密封：閥軸的密封選擇可靠、耐久的軸封材料和形式，密封填料采用“V”型密封圈，運(yùn)行中摩擦阻力小且不需要注油；在更換填料時(shí)，不拆除閥體及操作機(jī)構(gòu)的任何部件�？梢酝ㄟ^(guò)調(diào)整壓緊螺釘來(lái)補(bǔ)償V型圈的磨損，即可恢復(fù)其優(yōu)異的密封性能。

軸 承：采用有自潤(rùn)滑的青銅材料制成，這種材料對(duì)水與橡膠不產(chǎn)生有害影響。軸承與閥軸的連接，能保證軸承有很好的性能。在最大的壓力負(fù)荷下，軸承運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)磨擦系數(shù)不超過(guò)0.25；

扭 矩：在蝶閥關(guān)緊和打開的瞬間，施于手輪上的操作力不可超過(guò)45kg；

操作機(jī)：采用蝸輪蝸桿操作機(jī)，其防水防護(hù)等級(jí)達(dá)到IP67等級(jí)；

8.2.4材質(zhì)要求：

閥 體：球墨鑄鐵QT450-10；符合 GB/T12227《通用閥門 球墨鑄鐵件技術(shù)條件》版本的要求。

閥 瓣：球墨鑄鐵QT500-7或QT450-10；符合 GB/T12227《通用閥門 球墨鑄鐵件技術(shù)條件》版本的要求。

閥 座：整圈不銹鋼0Cr18Ni9；符合GB／T20878《不銹鋼和耐熱鋼》版本的要求。

密封圈：NR或EPDM橡膠。符合《GB/T21873 橡膠密封件 給、排水管及污水管道用接口密封圈 材料規(guī)范》版本的要求。

退拔銷：不銹鋼1Cr17Ni2；符合GB∕T1220《不銹鋼棒》版本的要求。

軸密封：V型密封NBR橡膠。符合《GB/T21873 橡膠密封件 給、排水管及污水管道用接口密封圈 材料規(guī)范》版本的要求。
