LNG valve
Process flow: LNG is transported to the LNG satellite station by a low-temperature truck, and the tank of the truck is pressurized by a horizontal dedicated unloading booster set up on the unloading platform. The LNG is then sent to the low-temperature LNG tank of the satellite station using the pressure difference. Under working conditions, the tank booster pressurizes the LNG inside the tank to 0.6 MPa. The pressurized low-temperature LNG enters the air temperature gasifier and is converted into gaseous natural gas after heat exchange with the air, and the temperature is increased. The outlet temperature is 10 ℃ lower than the ambient temperature, and the pressure is 0.45-0.60 MPa. When the natural gas temperature at the outlet of the air temperature gasifier does not reach 5 ℃ or above, it is heated by a water bath heater, and finally regulated (the outlet pressure of the regulator is 0.35 MPa), metered, and odorized before entering the urban transmission and distribution network and being sent to various users.
