1、 Material characteristics and performance advantages
Dual phase organization enhances performance
Chemical composition: 22% chromium, 5.3% nickel, 3.2% molybdenum, and 0.16% nitrogen form an austenite ferrite dual phase structure, with a yield strength of ≥ 450MPa (twice that of 304 stainless steel), a hardness of ≥ 290HB, and significant resistance to erosion and wear.
Corrosion resistance:
Resistant to chloride ion corrosion of ≤ 10000ppm, suitable for environments such as seawater and sulfur-containing flue gas;
The annual corrosion rate is less than 0.1mm at various concentrations of sulfuric acid, acetic acid, and mixed acid below 70 ℃.
Sealing and structural design
Sealing form:
Soft seal: PTFE valve seat achieves ANSI Class VI zero leakage, temperature resistance ≤ 260 ℃;
Hard seal: valve disc welded with Stellite alloy (HRC55-60), pressure resistance ≤ 16.0MPa, temperature resistance ≤ 300 ℃.

‌密封維護‌：
軟密封閥每6個月檢測PTFE閥座老化情況‌；
